Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Serve Vision ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit businesswebsites.servevision.com (the "Site") or interact with our services. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

When you submit the application form on the Site we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Business email and phone number
  • Business name and industry
  • Current website URL (if you have one)
  • The challenge you described in the form
  • Your preferred date and time for the strategy call (U.S. Eastern Time)

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we (and the analytics tools listed below) may automatically receive:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type, operating system
  • Referring URL, pages visited, time spent on each page
  • Cookie identifiers used for analytics and conversion tracking

2. How we use your information

  • To create a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link for the strategy call you booked, and to deliver that invite to your email.
  • To send you a confirmation email and follow-up communication about the call.
  • To improve the Site, measure marketing performance, and prevent abuse.
  • To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

3. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following providers to operate the Site and the strategy-call funnel. Each provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data:

  • Google — Google Calendar + Google Meet (booking the strategy call), Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Gmail (sending confirmation emails).
  • Meta — Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising measurement.
  • Wistia — hosts and serves the training video.
  • Telegram — internal team notifications about new applications.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — process traffic and store data on our behalf.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Strictly necessary — session cookies, CSRF and anti-bot tokens. Without these the Site doesn't function. They cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager understand which pages perform best, where traffic comes from, and where visitors drop off.
  • Advertising and conversion measurement — Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tags, and Google Tag Manager attribute conversions to the ads that drove them and let us show ads to people who have visited the Site (retargeting).

You can block, delete, or limit cookies in your browser settings. Some functionality (analytics, ad measurement, retargeting) will stop working if you do. See Section 6 — Your advertising choices below for more granular opt-outs.

5. Online advertising and retargeting

We run paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and on Google (Search, Display, YouTube). To measure and improve those campaigns we use:

  • Meta Pixel + Conversions API — fires a PageView on every page and a SubmitApplication event only after a successful application. Each event sends a hashed event ID, basic page data, and (server-side only) hashed email and phone so Meta can match the conversion to the click that produced it. We do not send unhashed personal data to Meta.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking — fires a conversion tag on the confirmation page so Google Ads can measure cost per application.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — collects anonymised behaviour and a server-side submit_application event via Measurement Protocol, with no personally identifying values.
  • Custom audiences and retargeting — we may use the data the above tools collect to build custom audiences (for example, "people who watched the training video" or "people who started but did not finish the application") so we can show them follow-up ads. We may also exclude existing applicants from prospecting campaigns.

The advertising platforms above act as independent or joint data controllers for the data they collect on the Site. Their own privacy policies and tools govern how that data is processed and how you can control it.

6. Your advertising choices

You have several ways to limit how advertising data about you is used:

  • Meta ad preferences — sign in and visit Meta Accounts Center » Ad preferences to control the ads you see, manage advertisers, and limit "ads based on data from partners".
  • Google ad settings — visit adssettings.google.com to turn off personalised ads from Google.
  • GA4 opt-out — install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Industry-wide opt-outs — the NAI opt-out, the DAA WebChoices tool (US), and Your Online Choices (EEA/UK).
  • Browser controls — enable "Do Not Track" or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; block third-party cookies; or use a privacy-focused browser.
  • Mobile advertising ID — reset or limit ad tracking in your phone's privacy settings (Apple App Tracking Transparency or Google Reset advertising ID).

7. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:

  • The third-party providers listed in Section 3, strictly to deliver the services described.
  • Our team members and contractors who need it to follow up on your application.
  • Advertising platforms, in hashed form, for conversion measurement and audience-building as described in Section 5. Some of this sharing may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under the California Consumer Privacy Act — see Section 10 for your opt-out right.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, the rights of users, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
  • An acquirer, successor, or assignee in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

8. Data retention

We keep application records and email logs for as long as we need them to run our business, follow up with you, and meet legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial and tax records). You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below. Anonymous analytics data may be kept longer.

9. Your rights (overview)

Regardless of where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct or update it
  • Request deletion (subject to legal-retention exceptions)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive a portable copy of your data
  • Opt out of analytics or advertising cookies
  • Withdraw any consent you previously gave (without affecting prior lawful processing)
  • Lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days; for verifiable identity reasons we may ask for additional information.

10. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the following additional rights:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.
  • Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell your information for money, but our use of advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share", or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; we honour GPC signals.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use the sensitive personal information of California residents for purposes that require this right.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised your rights.

You can use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf — they must provide written authorisation and we will verify your identity.

11. EEA / UK residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this section applies in addition to the rights above.

Lawful bases. We rely on:

  • Consent for advertising and non-essential analytics cookies, and for receiving marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Performance of a contract (or steps preparatory to a contract) when we schedule the strategy call you requested.
  • Legitimate interests — running and improving our business, measuring marketing performance, securing the Site, and preventing fraud. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Legal obligation — keeping records to satisfy tax, accounting, and other laws.

International transfers. We and our service providers (Google, Meta, Wistia, hosting infrastructure) are located in the United States or elsewhere outside the EEA/UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Complaints. You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

12. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed admin passwords (bcrypt), signed anti-bot tokens on forms, server-side CSRF protection, per-IP rate limiting, hashed identifiers when sending data to advertising platforms, and least-privilege access for our team. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA/UK) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

15. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data? Email [email protected]. Please include "Privacy" in the subject so we can route your request quickly.
